Integrity. The root word of our company’s name is more than just a word; it is the essence of how we conduct our business.
INTEGRESS (the Company), is a responsible corporate citizen, and has established the following code of conduct as our guide to appropriate business behavior:
- Commit to conducting business in a legal, ethical, and sustainable manner. The company has zero tolerance for any illegal, unethical, or wasteful action by an employee or affiliate of the Company.
- Demonstrate high standards of business and personal ethics, integrity, and honesty in their conduct of duties and responsibilities. Employees must practice full transparency in every aspect of dealing with other Company employees, customers, clients, and the business community.
- Avoid any instance of impropriety, unjustified remuneration, or profiteering from circumstances that could afford that opportunity. If presented with such instance, full disclosure will be made to all stakeholders.
- Place a premier value on reputation and actively strive to achieve client’s highest regard and most secure trust.
